ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
No previous knowledge required, but a good general education is essential as this is a demanding course. An excellent level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently. You may be asked to sit an entry test if necessary. Entry is via initial interview.
DURATION
This is a 2 day course, after which you will need to complete 10 case studies. Then you will invited back to complete your three assessments and two multiple choice tests
.A deposit of £80.00 is required upon enrolment and the balance can be paid on the day.

There are three different qualifications you can obtain and depending on what route you choose this will reflect on the price.

The Academy of Beauty Therapy Certification

NVQ unit award in Pedicures |
£250.00 plus assessment fee of £50 A VTCT lifetime registration fee of £16.00 may be required. |

VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Cosmetology (QCF) This can only be achieved in conjunction with the pedicure course. |
£350 plus assessment fee of £100 A VTCT lifetime registration fee of £16.00 may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS AWARDED
The Academy of Beauty Therapy offers industry-recognised qualifications and at the completion of your course and providing that you provided sufficient evidence your will be awarded the following qualifications:
NVQ unit award in Make Up - Awarded by VTCT Examination Board
Certificate in Make Up - Awarded by The Academy of Beauty Therapy
Level 2 Certificate in Cosmeto;ogy - Awarded by VTCT Examination Board
Both of which will enable you to obtain insurance from any recognised Insurance Company.
KIT REQUIRED
You will need the following items followed by individual kits for each of the modules please ask for more details.
